長寿 [ちょうじゅ chou ju] = long life, longevity
不老長寿 [ふろう ちょうじゅ fu rou chou ju] = eternal youth and longevity
寿老人 [じゅろうじん ju rou jin] = the god of longevity “Jurōjin” who is one of the “Seven Gods of Fortune” in Japanese mythology
※七福神 [しちふくじん shichi fuku jin] = Seven Gods of Fortune
寿命 [じゅみょう ju myou] = life expectancy
平均寿命 [へいきん じゅみょう hei kin ju myou] = average life expectancy
天寿を全うする [てんじゅを まっとうする ten ju o mattou su ru] = to die a natural death, to live out
福寿草 [ふくじゅそう fuku ju sou] = Amur adonis (literally “fortune longevity plant”)

※この文字は、「寿」の書写体です。書写体は異体字とも言います。この文字のように、意味と発音が同じで形の違う文字のことです。今は書道の作品と人名以外ではあまり使われません。
このもじは、「寿」のしょしゃたいです。しょしゃたいはいたいじともいいます。このもじのように、いみとはつおんがおなじでかたちのちがうもじのことです。いまはしょどうのさくひんとじんめいいがいではあまりつかわれません。
This character is a variant form of 寿. Variant form is 書写体(sho sha tai) or 異体字(i tai ji) in Japanese. It has the same meaning and pronunciation but the shape is different, such as this letter. Now it is rarely used except for calligraphy works and person’s name.
